捷胜镇电影院改造

本项目属于汕尾市捷胜镇改造提升项目的一部分。位于捷胜所城的西南面入口，现状为废弃的捷胜电影院，建筑前为一个社区集会广场。旧电影院的屋面已全部坍塌，仅剩面对广场的山墙。

This project is part of the reconstruction and upgrading project of Jiesheng Town, Shanwei City. Located at the southwest entrance of Jiesheng Suo City, the current situation is the abandoned Jiesheng Cinema. In front of the building is a community assembly square. The roof of the old cinema has all collapsed, leaving only the gable facing the square.

项目拟将废弃的老电影院改造为社区活动中心。功能包括：一层为销售土特产的商店，二层为图书室，三层为办公。

The project plans to transform the abandoned old cinema into a community activity center. Functions include: the first floor is a store selling local specialties, the second floor is a library, and the third floor is an office.

策略

保留和修整：重新修整建筑前的广场，保留和维护原有旧电影院的山墙，从而有效地延续项目的文化标识性，并继续维持与周边建筑的和谐相处。

STRATEGY

Preservation and renovation：The square in front of the building is renovated, and the gable of the old cinema is preserved and maintained, so as to effectively continue the cultural identity of the project and continue to maintain harmony with the surrounding buildings.

隐藏：新建的建筑“隐藏”于山墙之后，为当地居民和游客提供全新的现代服务设施，并在山墙之后给人们新的惊喜。

Hidden：The new building "hides" behind the gable, providing new modern service facilities for local residents and tourists, and giving people new surprises behind the gable.

趣味性城市空间：图书阅览空间，建筑游走空间和屋顶城市舞台空间(可做观景台+露天影院+广场舞)

Interesting urban space：book reading space, building walking space and rooftop urban stage space (can be used as viewing platform+outdoor theater+square dance)

互动：新建建筑与山墙之间形成弱连接，山墙后的平台和露台透过山墙上的窗户与入口广场形成互动。

Interaction：The new building forms a weak connection with the gable. The platform and terrace behind the gable interact with the entrance square through the windows on the gable.
